Social Events
From social gatherings, birthdays or your engagement party to the wedding day and all the milestones in between, the Harvard Club of NYC will handle the details from beginning to end. A dedicated Catering Manager will assist with bespoke menus and floral arrangements (or flowers), photography and entertainment arrangements to ensure that each need is flawlessly met. A private menu tasting, overnight bridal suite and custom wedding cake are included. Kosher menus are also available.

Our Venues
The Club offers eight elegant rooms for private events and weddings. Exchange vows in Harvard Hall, splendid with its three-story, floor-to ceiling windows and rich, dark Mahogany paneling. The Gordon Reading Room lends itself to wedding portraits filled with the charm of a traditional New York residence. Here are some sample rooms:

The Main Dining Room (MDR) is a grand room with exquisite views ideal for galas and large gatherings. The grandeur of the room is exhibited by its fifteen foot tall windows, two original fireplaces, trophies and the portraits of many important dignitaries and former Club Members.
This room opened in 1915, the centerpiece of the Club’s expansion that year, also by architects McKim Mead & White. It is embellished with Harvard insignia, and a beautiful plaster ceiling.
